The HRManager is responsible for providing support to the various humanresource functions of the Country Program.This includes managing recruitment, processing of the payroll and associated benefits and statutory obligations, maintaining HR records, supporting the performance management system and targeted learning and development initiatives as well as other HR projects.HR Manager will also act as a primary HR focal point for IRC’s Turkey based staff.
Underthe support of the HR Coordinator, the HR Manager will actively participate in development and roll out of global HR initiatives and review of local HR policies and procedures.
Working Environment,Standard office environment. HR Manager is based in Antakya, Hatay, with some trips to other cities as needed to perform job duties.
