The MHPSS Programme Support Officer should provide administrative, documentation, translation and programming/ budgeting support to the MHPSS. They will be responsible for procurement requests- following up with the warehouse staff specifically and other logistics requests for MHPSS staff.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Weekly movement plan for MHPSS staff.
¨ Verbal and written translation.
¨ PRs, GIOs, GRNs and liaising with warehouse and logistics staff on Turkey and cross-border activities.
¨ Focal point for National Psychiatrists, PSW Team Leaders on logistical needs (e.g., PRs). Monitor progress on procurements. Assist National Psychiatrists, PSW Team Leaders in problem solving logistical challenges.
¨ Preparation of training materials and documentation.
¨ Compiling training schedules and preparing information for MHPSS M&E Officer.
¨ Compiling budget/ expenditure tracking sheet on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
¨ Review of project budgets and pipelines
¨ General support to the MHPSS team (administrative, programming, documentation & translation).
¨ Preparation and follow up on human resource issues.
¨ Compiling the Client Satisfaction Surveys.
¨ Main focal Point with supporting the MHPSS National Manager with procurement and spending plans and budget tracking.
¨ Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience:
¨ Fluency and ability to translate in written and spoken Arabic and English.
¨ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
¨ Ability to keep files in order and other administrative documents.
¨ Ability to work independently and responsibly.
¨ Bachelor of university.
¨ Has a valid passport and Turkish residency.
¨ Team Spirit.
